Shipping information

Please choose a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery, as the order can only be delivered in person. The package can be collected from the carrier in case of non-delivery.

You can choose between the following shipping methods:

- Standard delivery free of charge: 3-6 working days (Mon.-Fri.) after receipt of order; in rare cases, delivery may take longer / free of charge.

- Express delivery: 1-3 working days (Mon.-Fri.) after receipt of order / subject to charge

(free of charge for all orders above a certain order value)

Please note the following supplementary information:

In order to provide you with the best possible customer service, please enter your complete and correct delivery address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address afterwards.

In the "City" field, you must enter the city that also corresponds to the postal code.

Under "Address addition" you can add further details to your address.

Bikinilista will send you emails informing you regularly about the status of your order. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment and delivery date from our carrier. You can also view the status of your order at any time in your personal bkn account on the website.

Right of withdrawal

For online or telephone orders, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can revoke the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Further details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

However, personalized products are excluded from revocation.

If you would like a refund, Bikinilista offers a free return service where you can drop off your package at a UPS/DHL store.

After the successful application of your withdrawal, the shipping label that you have already received with your product upon its delivery will be activated. The shipping costs for the return are thus covered by Bikinilista. If no shipping label is included with your order, request a shipping label through our customer service or in your bkn customer account.

The package with the shipping label can be delivered only to the courier service, which is also declared on the shipping label.

The returned product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its original packaging and including all accessories, product information, labels, protective sleeves and boxes.

Once the product is received by Bikinilista, it will be checked in terms of quality. Subsequently, Bikinilista will initiate the refund process. Products that do not comply with the return conditions cannot be taken back.


Bikinilista products purchased online or by phone can be exchanged within 14 days. Personalized products are excluded from return and exchange.

The exchanged product must be in perfect condition.

You have two options to exchange your product:

Bikinilista offers a free return service. Shipping costs by standard delivery for the new product will be covered by Bikinilista. Hand over the product in perfect condition, unworn, in its original packaging and including all accessories, product information, labels, protective covers and boxes. Include a copy of the invoice and the carefully filled out return slip. Once we receive the product, it will be checked by our quality service.
