The Santa Monica cardigan has a comfortable tunic shape that borrows from the classic men's shirt, making it look particularly chic. It also has a matching large breast pocket on the right-hand side of the front, which further emphasizes its casual look. The almost opaque plain-colored fabric feels very soft against the skin, making it the ideal cover-up if you prefer a casual piece of clothing that you can wear over your bikini on the beach, for example. The Santa Monica is closed at the front, the half button placket without buttons enlarges the neckline and you can easily slip it over your head. The 3/4-length sleeves are cuffless, so you can simply roll them up and fasten them at elbow height with a button.
